Services

Everything we do —in plain English.

We’ll quote any of these on-site. The price you get is the price you pay — no surprise add-ons, no upsells.

  • Weekly Mowing

Same morning, same crew, every week — front and back, edged borders, walks blown clean before we leave.

Weekly or bi-weekly mowing on a fixed day. Sharp blades every visit, mulch-cut by default, bagging on request. We raise the deck through the heat of a Texas summer so St. Augustine and Bermuda hold their color, then drop it again in October.

Starts at $45 · per visit

  • Edging & Trimming

Clean, deliberate edges along beds, walks, and drives — string-trimmed around fences, posts, and live-oaks.

Power-edged borders that stay sharp the whole week, careful trim work where the mower cannot reach, and a final pass with the blower so nothing carries onto the patio or street.

Starts at $30 · per visit

  • Bed Maintenance

Hand-pull weeds, refresh mulch, prune at the right time so the front beds look like someone tends them.

Hand-pulled weeds, seasonal pruning timed to each plant, and a mulch top-up every spring and fall to keep moisture in and weeds suppressed through Cibolo summers.

Starts at $85 · per visit

  • Leaf & Seasonal Cleanup

Pecan and live-oak drop is heavier than people think — we haul it out so the lawn breathes again.

Full-property cleanup: leaves bagged, sticks cleared, beds blown out, perennials cut back. Spring reset and fall haul-off, plus one-time visits after a windstorm or before company arrives.

Starts at $85 · per visit

  • Mulch Installation

Hardwood, cedar, or dyed black — installed at the right depth so the beds look fresh through July.

Bulk-delivered mulch hand-spread to a consistent 2 to 3 inches around plants and trees, with a clean edge against the lawn. We pull out last year’s clumped mulch first if it needs it.

Starts at $95 · per visit

  • Sod Installation

St. Augustine, Zoysia, or Bermuda — graded, laid, rolled, and a watering schedule you can actually follow.

Soil prep, light grading, fresh sod laid in a brick-pattern with tight seams, and a printed watering schedule for the first three weeks. We come back at week two to check root contact.

Starts at $750 · per visit

  • Tree & Shrub Trimming

Live-oak shaping, crepe-myrtle pruning done right (no crepe murder), and shrub work along the fence line.

Selective pruning by species and season — live-oak only between July and January per Texas oak-wilt protocol, crepe-myrtles thinned from the trunk rather than topped, hedges shaped so they regrow tight instead of leggy.

Starts at $120 · per visit

  • Sprinkler Tune-Ups

Stuck heads, broken risers, dry spots — we walk every zone with you and fix the things you keep meaning to call about.

Spring start-up and fall shutdown, head replacements, broken-line repairs, controller programming, and a walk-through with you to make sure every zone is hitting what it should.

Starts at $125 · per visit

Most weekly customers add cleanups, mulch, and the odd hardscape job — there’s usually a flat-rate way to handle that.
